Nakladané zuzchini s fetou



Potrebujeme:

  • 1 cibula, nakrajana podlzke na 1 cm kusky
  • osolena voda
  • 2 zucchini (ca 400g), so speci nozom na supanie zemiakov nakrajane platky (vid. obrazok)
  • 200g fety, nakrajana na 2 cm kocky
  • ca 5 borievok, rozdrvene
  • 2 chili, zbavene semien, nakrajane na kruzky
  • 2 cesnakove struciky, nakrajane na jemne platky
  • 1 vetvicka rozmarinu
  • 1 vetvicka tymianu
  • 2 bobkove listy
  • 5 borievok
  • a 5 dl olivoveho oleja (extra virgine)

    Postup:

  • Cibulu povarime v osolenej vode ca 3 min., pridame zucchini a povarime ca 1 min.
  • Fetove kocky obalime v rozdrvenych borievkach
  • Balime feta kocky do platkov zucchin (1 kocka fety+1 platok zucchini), ku koncu dame chili (vid obrazok) a sparatkom upevnime
  • Poukladame spolu s ostatnymi prisadami do skleneneho pohara s vekom
  • Zalejeme olivovym olejom, aby boli zvitky prikryte olejom
  • Pohar uzavriet a nechat 2 dni v chladnicke marinovat


Srvirujeme: 2 hod. pred podavanim vyberieme z chladnicky
Trvanlivost:
ca 3 dni uzavrete v chladnicke
Tip: ak sa skonzumuju hned, zvysok nalevu mozno pouzit na salat
